Deck builders for complete outdoor living projects

Most deck failures (rot, warping, fastener corrosion, ledger failures) are installation problems, not material problems. We have been deck builders in Hamilton County since 1993. We have seen what lasts and what does not, and that knowledge is in every project we build.

As a Trex Pro Installer, we are trained and certified directly by Trex, the industry standard in composite decking. That certification means better warranty coverage for you, and it means we know exactly how to install their system so it performs the way it was engineered to.

We coordinate a vetted network of specialists, the right certified installer for every phase, all managed by us: design, structural engineering, permits, materials, build, and final walkthrough. One relationship. No gaps. Most decks we build are part of a larger deck and patio project, designed as one space from the start.

What we build

Decks that connect to patios, kitchens, and structures

We build every deck type and configuration: attached, freestanding, single-level, multi-level, and wraparound. Here is what each involves.

Most popular

Composite decksTrex, TimberTech

Low-maintenance, fade-resistant, 25 to 30 year lifespan. Our most popular category. Trex Pro status means better warranty coverage on Trex products.

Pressure-treated wood decks

Cost-effective entry point. Requires periodic sealing. Best for a natural wood look and a client who plans to maintain it.

Cedar and hardwood decks

Premium natural material, rich color and grain, higher upfront cost with exceptional longevity when maintained.

Multi-level decks

Multiple platforms connected by stairs, ideal for sloped lots or walk-out basements. Adds significant usable area.

Wraparound decks

Extends along two or more sides of the home, maximizes sun exposure options, creates multiple outdoor zones.

Pool and patio-adjacent decks

Built to complement an existing or planned patio or pool surround. We handle both, so materials coordinate.

Features included on every deck: structural engineering to local code, full permit procurement (we pull every permit ourselves), ledger board waterproofing and flashing, composite or pressure-treated framing per spec, hidden fastener systems on composite decks, post anchoring per IRC standards, railing systems (cable, glass, composite, or wood), stair and landing construction, finish walkthrough with a care guide.

Composite decking done right: Trex and TimberTech certified

Trex is the category leader in composite decking: it consistently outperforms competitors on fade resistance, stain resistance, and warranty length. Certification matters as much as the product. Trex Pro Installers are factory-trained and must meet Trex's ongoing installation standards, which qualifies homeowners for enhanced warranty coverage.

What a custom deck costs in Hamilton County

Footprint, framing, decking line (Select through Transcend or TimberTech Advanced PVC), railing material, and add-ons like under-deck drainage or a screened porch all move the number, which is why we do not publish a figure that has nothing to do with your property.

Our paid planning process gives you a precise budget for your specific deck, built from real material costs and our own Hamilton County build history, before you commit to anything.

Deck building questions, answered

  • Deck cost in Hamilton County depends on footprint, decking line, railing material, and site conditions, so we do not publish a number that would have little to do with your actual project. Second-story installs, ceilings, and premium composite or PVC lines move the number up. Our paid planning process gives you a precise budget for your specific property before you commit.
