  • As the State of Indiana continues to open up and get Back on Track, we too have taken the necessary steps to protect customers and employees during these unique times. Below you will find our individualized protocols for specific projects, but we encourage you to contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns.

    SHOWROOM AND CLIENT PROTOCOLS:

    • We encourage contact through email, phone calls and video conferencing when at all possible.
    • Our showroom will be open by appointment.
    • In person contact will require maintaining a social distance of 6 feet when communicating.
    • We recommend that clients and employees wear a face covering on site and in the showroom.
    • Hand sanitizer and masks will be available at the door for appointments.
    • Our online payment program is encouraged.

    EXTERIOR PROJECTS:

    • The nature of exterior projects poses the lowest risk of spreading COVID-19 according to the CDC.
    • Workers will maintain social distancing where possible.
    • Hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol will be available to our workers and they will be encouraged to clean their hands regularly.
    • Workers will wear cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
    • Workers will be directed to stay home if sick or have a fever.

    INTERIOR PROJECTS:

    • Work can continue on all projects unless our client specifically requests otherwise.
    • Workers will wear a mask over their nose and mouth.
    • Workers will avoid physical contact with others and increase personal space to at least six feet where possible.
    • Proper respiratory etiquette will be followed.
    • Alcohol based hand sanitizer will be provided and workers will be directed to stay home if sick or have a fever.
